Cell&Soft is a young French Biotech, located in the Auvergne Rhone Alpes region, in Grenoble City.
Born from a joint project between LTM Lab (CNRS) and CEA, Cell&Soft is specialized in the development, production and sale of soft and biomechanical substrates for in vitro cell culture. Cell&Soft offers solutions to enhance the physiology and the relevance of cell culture and cell-based assays.
Driss HAMOUDI
R&D Project Manager
Holding a master’s degree in biotechnology with a specialization in oncology from UCBL and UGA, Driss is particularly interested in the multidisciplinary approach between biology and physics. As an R&D Project Manager at Cell&Soft, his work focuses on demonstrating the added value of mechanomimetic hydrogels for various biological applications, including cancer research. Passionate about biology, he is dedicated to advancing solutions at the intersection of research and technology.
Camille MIGDAL
CEO & CTO
Trained as a cell biologist and with a PhD in toxicology, she joined the Mecachips project in 2013 and transformed it into a spin-off in 2018. She won 2 prizes as Cell&Soft CEO; she is the author or co-author of 10 publications and 3 patent applications.
As a co-founder, CEO and CTO, she defines R&D and innovation strategies and manages Cell&Soft's day-to-day operations.
Camille is passionate about applied research that has guided her whole career. She is convinced that multidisciplinary in science and in ways of thinking is the bedrock of innovation.
Antoine BODIN
R&D Engineer
Antoine Bodin, Ph.D., is a materials research engineer at Cell&Soft. He received his M.Sc. degree in polymer science from the Toulouse Institute of Technology (Toulouse INP, France) in 2018, and his Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from the Grenoble-Alpes University (France) in 2023. His current research at Cell & Soft focuses on the development of novel hydrogel materials for R&D and industrial applications.
